Studio/ Workshop - Skeletons

Please arrive by 7pm for 7:15 start to the photoshoot. 

Julia will provide a series of skeletons for members to photograph in Still Life situations.

There will be a collection of backgrounds and surfaces to experiment with - if you have any you would like to share - bring them along.

Members are encouraged to bring their own lighting - ring lights, torches, even desk lamps can provide different effects on gritty subjects such as these. 

Please bring - old books / old spectacles / candle holders / ink wells etc, as props to add depth and context to the subjects if you have them.  They need to be OLD - to complement the skeleton theme.

Some skeletons are small and fragile. Macro lenses work well - but are not essential. You will probably need a zoom lens, though, to get a close-up shot.

Workshop begins  at 7.30 pm and will end at 9.30 pm

N.B. Please do not arrive before 7 pm, as members will be setting up lighting and sorting Still Life settings ready for the workshop.

What you need: 

Each member taking part must bring their own camera, but studio lighting and backgrops are already in place. The club cant guarantee that the remote trigger will work with all makes and models of camera, but most comon brands are usaully fine.
