(BILLINGLEY) Summer Syllabus Planning Begins... Round Table Review of ideas

It may still seem cold and spring is only just about to start but tonight we start the planning of our Summer Programme. 

It takes weeks to organise events and activities so the sooner we start on a plan the more sucessful it will be. 

This initial important meeting will provide an opportunity for all members to give honest feedback to the leadership regarding the ideas in the Club Suggestion box, and allow session and trips to then be planned for the summer.

It will start with an introduction from Gill, include a short refresher about using the suggestionbox (and the website) from Keith, then lead into the 'open' meeting where all members may contribute, and the session will end with some solid plans in place for the upcoming seson.
