Photo Stacking Made Simple

Steven shows how easy it is to make a start in popular technique of focus stacking, used to combine multiple images taken at different focus distances to give a resulting image with a greater depth of field than any of the individual source images.

To speed up the demonstrations screenshots of previously prepared focus stacking exercises have been included in the talk.

HDR in a Post-HDR World

Steven demonstrates how to use HDR in a constructive way to supplement / compliment other types of workflows, to enhance images without them screaming “HDR”! He also includes a section entitled “Handheld HDR”, useful in all sorts of circumstances when using a tripod is simply not feasible.
