Walk around Barnburgh Village

We park at the church (off road behind the bust stop or on the street adjacent to the church (left side) (https://what3words.com/control.alerting.attending ) - and we can have a look inside the church from 6 pm - about 8 pm. The windows are particularly lovely. Then members can, at their leisure, walk around the village to look at the stone-built farmhouses and cottages with their oldy-worldy appeal. Then on to Barburgh Gardens where the Dovecote is situated. This is one of the remnants of the Mansion House from the past - as are the homes built in the stables further along. From Barnburgh Gardens there are beautiful views across the valley and from the stables there are views all the way to the Craggs. If it's open, we could end the night in the Pub - for a cool orange juice.
